Rutsen Eagle, Collegiate School grad, is a Richmond native. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA, majoring in Fine Art Photography. Rutsen was the first photo intern at Richmond Magazine. Katherine moved from California to pursue photography at VCU, where they first met in the Studio.

Eagle Eye Photography has worked with NBC12, The Greater Richmond Convention Center, Mosaic Café and Catering, The Women’s Center at Retreat Hospital, Bon Secours Hospital, Virginia Physicians for Women, American Heart Association’s Heart Ball, Cox Transportation, Baymark Construction, Capital One, Fight SMA (Andrew’s Buddies), The Boys & Girls Club of Richmond, Mechanicsville Medical Center, and continues to specialize in Wedding Photojournalism. Eagle Eye has published weddings in the Premier Richmond Bride, as well as the 2006 Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter issues, and has also provided Richmond Bride with various table top studio photography.
